This deduction helps cover costs already incurred by the business, including:

• Custom production and labour
• Supplier and build costs
• Payment processing fees
• Packaging and shipping expenses
• Inspection, testing, and reprocessing costs

Any approved return must be received back in the same condition supplied, with no damage, modification, missing parts, signs of installation misuse, or excessive wear.

Please note that customised or specially configured items may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production or dispatch has commenced.
