Where production, sourcing, preparation or customisation has already begun, a deduction of up to 30% of the purchase price may apply to cover labour, production costs, administrative expenses and payment processing fees already incurred.
Customised or made-to-order items returned within the 14-day return period may also be subject to a deduction of up to 30% where optional extras, bespoke specifications or customer-requested modifications have been carried out.
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled and supplied in their original packaging and condition. Returns showing signs of installation, modification, damage or misuse may be refused.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
